Our 100% grass-fed and finished lamb are from a Katahdin based sheep flock that only get pasture, hay, and free-choice mineral and salt. The combination of grasses and forbs consumed by this breed creates a mild, yet memorable flavor profile. They are part of a management-intensive grazing program. They are rotationally grazed year-round, getting moved daily, sometimes twice daily.

This management system allows us to raise sheep that are naturally healthy. They do not need to be wormed, fed antibiotics, or supplemented with grain. Any sheep that fail to thrive under this management are culled from the flock.
